REFUNDS
Refunds will only happen if there are any inventory issues with your order and we cannot fulfill it. There will be no exceptions.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Claims
If an item is damaged when you receive it, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the package to place the claim. Please note that our standard shipping option of First Class Mail via USPS will only offer compensation if the item is lost or damaged.
For damaged packages, please take pictures of the packaging and item so we can open up the claim. If you do not take pictures or videos, we won't be able to offer any store credit or exchange.
We will provide an exchange for the same item, when possible. If we do not have additional stock, we will issue a store credit as courtesy.
Please note that it is up to the discretion of The Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary to determine whether an item has been damaged during the shipping process and can refuse to offer any store credit or exchanges as deemed necessary.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will not reserve items for customers.
Store Credits
Store credits are valid for 2 months from the date it was issued. You will be awarded a code or gift card with the credited amount.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are entered at checkout. Discount codes can't be applied after purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items unless specified differently by the store.
SALE ITEMS
Please note that sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Items sold are final.
