SHIPPING

To the US:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly. Please allow for up to 3 business days for your order to process from our warehouse. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

A Shipment confirmation email is sent once your order ships. USPS rates will be calculated at check out. The Servants of the Pierced Hearts are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once an order has been scanned by the mail carrier, we will cease to have any liability with regards to your order delivery. Also, please remember to check personal information such as email and shipping address upon check out as we will not be held responsible for information that was placed incorrectly or packages that are shipped to the wrong address. 

International Orders:

We will be happy to offer a quote based on your destination country and the shipping methods available. For some countries we already offer flat-fee shipping rates and courier options that are available during check out. Please contact us if you have any questions and we will gladly help you.

Applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
